Creator Coins

Income Stream for Creators

The established monetization paths on existing online streaming platforms favors well-capitalized AI film creators due to high upfront costs and long lead times for revenue generation. On these platforms, creators must first produce content to build followers and viewership, which is typically a slow process requiring extensive content releases before significant growth occurs. Unless content goes viral quickly, creators may not generate meaningful early revenue.

Creators of AI-generated films face significant recurring costs related to the processing power required for film creation. Currently, a finished film costs approximately $100 per minute of content. This substantial production cost can be a significant barrier for many potential AI film creators, especially as they aim to scale their brand and film output.

Creator Coins offer an innovative funding mechanism that enables creators to cover their production costs while simultaneously aligning financial incentives between creators and their fans.

Creators can launch their unique Creator Coin for sale on Dreamware, empowering their fans to purchase these coins and take a financial position in the creator's success. Dreamware includes a built-in exchange where users can buy and sell Creator Coins. A 1% fee is charged for each trade, and creators on Dreamware earn 50% of these fees.

Once Dreamware's monetization features are implemented, creators will direct 50% of their earnings towards the holders of their Creator Coin. This mechanism directly aligns incentives between creators and the fans who buy, sell, and hold their Creator Coins.

Phase 1: Bonding Curve

The initial phase of the Creator Coin lifecycle occurs on a bonding curve. When a creator first launches their Creator Coin, it trades on this curve until all available tokens are bought out and it graduates to Phase 2. Users buy and sell Creator Coins using USDC as the quote currency on each trade.

All Creator Coins begin at a price of $1 per coin. A total of 100,000 USDC is required to fully buy out a Creator Coin's bonding curve. A total of (number) tokens are sold along the bonding curve and the curve is fully bought out when the market cap of the Creator Coins equals 1,000,000 USDC.

Phase 2: Graduation to Raydium

Once the bonding curve is fully bought out, the Creator Coin graduates to Raydium. The 100,000 USDC is converted to SOL and deposited into the Raydium pool, along with (number) Creator Coins (representing 20% of the total supply). These funds are locked in the pool indefinitely, ensuring continuous liquidity for users to buy and sell the Creator Coin from the Raydium pool.

Graduated Creator Coins have a 1% transfer fee. This fee is also applied when the coins are traded on Raydium. 50% of the transfer fee goes to the creator that launched the Creator Coin, ensuring that they have an ongoing revenue stream to continue creating new films.
